1. Services
LUCKI Roofs & Construction provides residential roofing services including free roof inspections, storm damage assessments, roof replacements, and insurance claim assistance in the Oklahoma City metro area. All services are subject to availability and applicable licensing requirements.
2. Free Inspections
Our free roof inspections are provided at no cost and with no obligation. An inspection does not guarantee insurance approval or coverage. Results are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and may not capture all damage.
3. Insurance Claims
We assist homeowners in documenting storm damage and navigating the insurance claims process. However, we do not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or that coverage will be provided. Approval decisions are made solely by the homeowner's insurance company. Coverage depends on the terms of your individual policy.
4. Estimates & Pricing
Any estimates provided are based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the full scope of work discovered during the project. We will communicate any changes to scope or cost before proceeding.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified after project completion, we will address it at no additional charge within the warranty period. This warranty applies to labor only and does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, normal wear, or third-party modifications.
6. Materials
All roofing materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation of applicable material warranties upon project completion. Material warranties are governed by the terms of each manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
LUCKI Roofs & Construction's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, interior damage, or conditions outside the scope of the roofing work performed.
